How much does shipping cost? |
Please see the Shipping Rates above . All orders are shipped by First Class Airmail 1 or 2 days after payment is received.
All International customers can insure their packages for an additional $2 USD.

How does EBM protect items from being damaged in transit ? |
We take special care when packaging an order. All CDs, DVDs, Books and Tshirts are Double protected (double wrapped) using bubble and/or cardboard mailers (depending on the kind/quantity of your order).

How long will it take for my order to arrive? |
- USA and CANADA - > 1 to 2 weeks
- EUROPE and SOUTHAMERICA -> 2 to 3 weeks
- REST OF WORLD -> up to 1 month
Please consider that sometimes an order may take longer to arrive, this depends on several mail factors that are out of our hands.
If you are concerned about the delivery of your order we strongly recommend to include INSURANCE in your order. Just add $2.00 USD to the Total.

Are all the items listed in the webstore available ? |
Yes, all the stuff listed on our webstore is available. if for some reason an item gets out of stock just before your order is placed we will immediately inform you and you will receive a refund for that item

I live in a foreign country and my package hasn't arrived yet! What can I do? |
If you included insurance in your order we can track your order so we can determinate the current status of the shipment. This way if your order gets lost and you included insurance then you will receive a refund (shipping cost will not be included in such refund).
But if you did not include insurance then it becomes really difficult for us to track an order. In this case we are not resposible for any lost package.
Sometimes packages get held up in customs or delayed for several mail reasons that are out of our hands. |

What if my order is smashed or destroyed during shipping? |
We do our best and take special care when packaging an order, but we understand that mail service may be "Rude" in many cases. We can replace a damaged/destroyed item, but please consider that you would need to send the item back to us before it is replaced and sent to you again. |
